Return & Refund Policy

At Midlife Accent, we believe in second acts, strong coffee, and owning your yeses. But sometimes, a purchase just doesn’t feel right,  and we get it.

Here’s everything you need to know about our return and refund policy, with clarity, grace, and just the right amount of sass.

📦 Physical Products (if applicable)

If you’ve purchased something tangible from us (like a book, journal, or merch item).

Here’s how returns work:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back at your expense.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

To initiate a return, send us a message at [your@email.com] with your order number and reason.

💻 Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Templates)

Because digital content is instantly accessible and can’t be “un-downloaded,” all sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued unless there was a technical error (like being charged twice or not receiving access).

But if something’s not working or you’re confused, don’t hesitate to reach out. We want you happy and supported.

🎓 Workshops, Coaching, & Memberships

If you’ve enrolled in a course, joined a membership, or booked a service:

  • Refunds may be available up to 3 days before a live event begins.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable but may be credited at our discretion.

  • Ongoing memberships can be canceled anytime, but past payments are non-refundable.
