Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products and services purchased directly from Midlife Accent. Purchases made through Amazon, Etsy, Momentous, or another third-party retailer are governed by that retailer’s return and refund policies.

1. Digital Products

Because digital downloads are delivered or made available immediately, all digital-product sales are final, except when required by applicable law.

Please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• You did not receive access to your purchase.

• The file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened.

• You received a product different from the one ordered.

Contact us within seven days of purchase and include your name, the email address used to place the order, your receipt or order number, and a description of the problem.

We will first attempt to restore access or provide a working replacement. If we cannot deliver the product you purchased, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment processor or financial institution.

2. Third-Party and Affiliate Purchases

Midlife Accent may link to products sold by Amazon, Etsy sellers, Momentous, and other retailers or brands.

Midlife Accent does not process, ship, return, exchange, or refund purchases made through third-party websites. Please contact the applicable retailer directly and follow its return and refund policy.

Product prices, availability, shipping terms, warranties, and return conditions are determined by the retailer and may change without notice.

3. Future Products and Services

If Midlife Accent offers physical products, workshops, coaching, memberships, or other services in the future, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be displayed before purchase.

Any product- or service-specific terms presented at checkout will control if they differ from this general policy.

4. Order and Payment Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical problem while completing a purchase directly through Midlife Accent, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive financial information by email.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
